Cadwell is best known for the Mountain (a blind crest where bikes get genuine air), but the whole lap is a tight, undulating ribbon through woodland. Charlies (a fast, off-camber double-apex right) leads onto the Mountain Straight, then Hall Bends and Barn thread back through the trees before the Gooseneck and Mansfield Straight bring the lap home. It's one of the few remaining UK circuits that still feels like it was laid out over the landscape rather than the other way round.

Paddock parking is signposted from the circuit entrance on Park Lane, Louth. It gets tight on busy race weekends, so arrive early if you're planning to spectate rather than compete.
Public footpaths through Cadwell woods
Cadwell sits in working woodland with public rights of way that pass close to parts of the circuit, and it's well known locally for offering partial free views on non-event days when gates aren't closed for a meeting. Exact accessible sections change with event closures, so this needs on-the-ground confirmation, which is exactly what the spectator reports on individual events are for.

The Mountain (second grandstand)
The spot for Cadwell's signature shot, bikes catching air over the crest. Pre-booked and seated only on BSB weekends, more relaxed on club and practice days.
Charlies
A long way back from the fencing and genuinely hard to shoot well. Bring nothing shorter than a 500mm lens if this is the corner you're after.
